One telephone call, at one o’clock in the morning
In June 2004 Tracey McAtamney’s husband Tony died suddenly, on holiday, playing golf. Their sons were 15 and 7.
She wrote about it in Hidden Strength, and every penny of the profits went to memory boxes for children coping with a loss. Surviving Bereavement followed in 2019 — for people who are bereaved, isolated, and finding that everyone else has moved on.
