I work with women who need to build skills and confidence around household money management following bereavement. It is not uncommon for one of the couple to have previously managed the paperwork and bills and trying to take this task on whilst dealing with grief makes an already awful time more stressful. I can help women take back control by supporting them through identifying, organising and managing bills, ensuring they don’t miss out on best deals and producing a budget. I tailor my work to the individual needs of each woman and the new money saving habits last a lifetime. I charge £50 for each of six sessions, however, the savings to be made invariably exceed my fees. I have regular follow up reviews with clients and I am available to answer questions as and when they arise.

We support Maternity Units & Baby Hospices across the UK by providing cold Cuddle Cots. This allows bereaved parents to have more time to say their goodbyes to their baby before sadly having to let them go. We call this ‘The Gift of Time’ which families will not get back again. This equipment can give an up to an extra week with their sleeping baby.

Our approach is to carefully help the family through the process of designing a memorial. We take our time to ensure that the process is clear and that this difficult part of the process of grieving is made as smooth as possible.

Our service includes home visits with no obligation and advice regarding cemetery regulations and choice of stones and inscriptions. We aim to create a memorial that is exactly what the family had in mind.

The Grief Recovery Method can be used to talk about so many losses in our lives: divorce, redundancy, loss of health, pet loss and many others.

Having been introduced to the Grief Recovery method some years ago and studying the programme, I trained to become a practitioner at the beginning of 2020. The course went really well and I felt it to be of enormous value in my own life.

The Practical programme is carefully taught, with every practitioner trained the same way to ensure that the course offers supportive guidance every step of the way. The course provides a safe environment where you are given specific tools to help you recover from loss.
